xThe VYRO - Penta is a compact plug-in hookah that is only a little over 39 cm tall and is built of V2A stainless steel, real carbon, epoxy resin, and wood. Quick and easy purging is ensured by the blow-off, which is situated beneath the shisha plate. As it hits the coal plate, the smoke is reflected downward. The cut adapter makes it simple to remove the hookah plate from the stem, allowing you to rapidly swap out your hookah head. Also possible is the integration of a molasses catcher (18/8 cut), for instance.
The VYRO - Penta's ashplate has a slight elevation on the outer edge to prevent charcoal or ash from falling down too easily. The coal also cannot reach and touch the coal because of the elevation in the middle of the coal plate.
Three colours (red, blue, and white) are offered for the sleeves. In the not too distant future, you will be able to buy different sleeves if you want to subsequently modify the appearance of your VYRO - Penta. Each VYRO - Penta is different because of the unique combination of epoxy resin and wood. Wood that has been sealed is watertight. In relation to the material fusion employed, the purging system provides you with a fantastic eye-catcher. The plug-in bowl of the VYRO - Penta measures approximately 18 cm in height and has an inside diameter of 45 mm. A 500 ml or so water level is what we advise. Given that the glasses are handmade and may vary slightly, we advise keeping the water level about 2 cm above the end of the tube.
The same proportions of other plug-in bowls work as well. The glass and hookah are joined by a rubber seal that is also included.
The stem has an internal diameter of 12 mm. The 11 mm hose end piece provides a perfect, simple draw. With a cut connection, the hose end piece is placed into the base. With the VYRO - Penta, even a cosy movie night is not an issue because the diffuser is being used. While smoking, the diffuser permits a silent bubbling. The shisha diffuser can be removed and secured with screws on either side. It is simple to disassemble and clean the VYRO - Penta in all of its component parts.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
