Shipping Processing Times

We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly.  Our current processing times range from 1-3 business days.


DOMESTIC: As shown below, w
e ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, courier strikes or other instances beyond the control of Crown Hookah.

EXPRESS: As shown below is the fastest option available via partnered third-party courier services to your area accessible to Crown Hookah for VIP fulfilment. Times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipping schedule are shown below.  Times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic orders of $150 or more qualify for free express shipping.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Methods (estimated delivery times)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)

Express Shipping: 1-4 business days (domestic)

Overnight Shipping: Up to 48 Hours (Western Sydney, Wollongong, Sutherland Shire)

International Shipping: 7-21 Business Days

Shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Crown Hookah does not ship to PO Box addresses. We require a residential or commercial address to a physical property location. 


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.


Customs & Duties on International Orders
Crown Hookah assumes responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may not eligible to be reimbursed by Crown Hookah. Please contact our Customer Service team if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.

 

Damages
Crown Hookah will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.


Lost or Stolen Orders
Crown Hookah accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Crown Hookah may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
